Our products have been offline in the past 7 days. The error you would have seen is "Problem occurred when trying to read this add-in", with a "Retry" button. This was because we had changed the location where the add-in was hosted.
To fix this problem, please follow these steps:
- Go to Insert --> My Add-Ins/My Apps
- Click "Refresh" at top-right corner of the My Add-In pop-up page. When you select the add-in the tag-line must be "Create 360-data stories in second!"
- Restart Excel.
